Nursing home diversion programs include expanded services through assisted living and memory care as well as increased utilization of home health care. Implementing any new program will impact a community’s population projection forecasts activity among the various segments of the community's resident population. Our projections will demonstrate the population and financial impact of implementing any nursing diversion program within an existing or new community.
